Did not order subscription

I did not order channel why was I charged, also I would like a refund not an extension until 10/26 to watch as I have no interest in the channel, I am on very limited funds.  Please refund as soon as you are able.  Thankyou.

You won't get that kind of service in the community.  All you'll get is the standard boilerplate:

"For account and billing related issues, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able further assist you."

But first, check your subscriptions at:  https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions
