Death in the Family, Request Termination of Roku Account

Dear Roku,

My father-in-law, [personal information] of [personal information], died on July 28th. I am his successor, his address is a rental and we no longer require your services.  I have copies of both the Death Certificate and the formal Letter of Succession issued by the court.

How do I go about getteing his Roku account terminated?

If you know the password you can log in to the account on roku.com/account and choose deactivate the account.

Regarding your account concern, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
