June 2021 I was able to contact support and have them fix my remote! They deactivated it and then reactivated it which created my remote to be paired correctly! I have had this done several times in the course of my paid account but this is frustrating me to not have a service available to the point I may want to switch to Fire Stick I know Amazon is always available!
Paid account? Roku is free. Deactivate and reactivate a remote? Huh? That's not a thing. Are you referring to re-pairing a remote? That shouldn't have to be done repeatedly. Maybe try to explain exactly what's going on. What support did you contact?
