DCU Year long subscription

Purchased a year long subscription to DC universe back in may and now I can't use it on my roku. Says watch with free trial tried logging in again, still didn't work why can't I use my subscription I paid 80 dollars for?

The next thing to check is that the email address that shows up under Settings->System->About matches the email address you used when you checked your subscriptions.  If that checks out, remove the channel, reboot/restart your Roku (don't skip this step), and then add the channel again.  If it still doesn't work you'll have to contact Roku and hope they're helpful:  https://support.roku.com/contactus

How did you subscribe to DC Universe?

  • Directly with DC Universe on their website?
  • Through some other 3rd party provider other than Roku?  Which one?
  • Through Roku?

It was purchased through roku

It shows I have it but doesn't allow me to watch on my roku at all for some reason.
