For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

Does it appear on your Roku account? https://my.roku.com/ then check Manage your subscriptions and View your purchase history. If nothing is on those pages, Roku didn't bill you.

As @DBDukes said, check your purchases and subscriptions.  It sounds like the developer didn't change the description of the product from the generic text.

I keep getting charged for CBS through ROKU, but I dont have a subscription?

I continue to be charged for CBS through ROKU, but I do not have a subscription.  Who do I contact at ROKU to get to the bottom of it?
