Contact support is the worst

I chatted with the support team and oh my god..... i don't know the qualifications of being a support team member but the ones I spoke with contridicted each other, spoke in circles, and really created more problems for me than I started with. Did anyone else have issues with them? I am so annoyed at their lack of knowledge and the way they weren't able to help me with my issue whatsoever.
