Complaint

I paid for two day shipping on Wednesday it’s now Tuesday still don’t have my remote what was the purpose of paying an extra 25 bucks to still not have what I ordered. Why isn’t there anywhere to contact you guys about this. Completely frustrated this is the service I get.
