I was on roku.com in my account trying to upgrade my roku and I tried to purchase it and I got confirmation numbers and than I received a email stating unfortunately could jot do it and I needed go back to account and repurchase items which I have done 3 **bleep** times why is this!!!!!! I surly hope you don't intend to charch me for all 3 times doing this
Keep those emails. Also, await someone from Roku, perhaps @RokuDanny-R , to assist further. He can help run down if the orders did go through and there's the possibility of charges for things you don't want. Or he may be able to help with determining the details of the issue with the order.
