Why are we gonna get charged 79.99 a year or 139.99 lifetime if you Roku stick is older than 2 years? When they say it’s free

If you've already paid it, dispute the charge with your credit card company immediately.

Are these the ones that you will have to pay a fee on? If so if I buy a new stick will I still have those charges

There are NO Roku models that you have to pay a fee on, no matter how old they are.  There are no charges just to use a Roku.  Anyone charging you to register and/or use a Roku is a scammer thief trying to separate you from your money.

There are specific channels, however, that may require you to purchase a subscription in order to watch.
