Charges that I did not initiate

Impossible to reach a person. When I signed up for the ROKU device I clicked on a few channels that i would be interested in looking into. Now, I am being charged $30.00 a month and cant find one person to help me get the answers I need to stop the payment and cancel the subscription. 

Would not recommend the product especially due to the bait and switch tactics. 

Very disappointed and hope I can find a representative to help me eliminate this issue.

You should be able to log in to your roku account and view/delete subscriptions there.  Have you tried that?

For premium channels, I recommend searching the web/going to their websites to see what they charge, prior to using them.
