Charges have been deducted for the Disney channel on the wrong email address which should be free from a Verizon promotion. I would like a refund for those charges.

Had FREE Disney+ with Verizon until Dec 12.
Just happen to notice Roku Charge on Bank Card.Then,after checking i find they have been charging me for Disney+ for last 3 MONTHS!
Never Authorized ANY CHARGES!
They need to REFUND our MONEY,PRONTO !!!!
Need to go to Social Media with this i guess....
