Charged wrong credit card

Very upset! I initially ordered Disney thru Roku using one credit card and ordered Boomerang using a completely different credit card. I saw that my credit card that I used for Disney was charged $43.79 for boomerang which I guess is the yearly amount (I asked to be billed monthly but wasn't). Since there's no telephone number to call for customer service nor anyone to chat with, I have to email my frustrations and try to find their replies in my inbox. What's the point of asking for credit card information in the apps if they're going to charge the same card they want? I've asked for a refund and for them to charge the correct credit card on file, but they're refusing. If no solution, I may have to take legal action.
