Charged twice

So ruko charged me for philo and the philo turned around and charged me.

Did you subscribe to Philo through Roku as well as through the channel provider directly?

We would recommend checking your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions to see what current subscriptions you have through Roku Pay. If you also subscribed to Philo through the channel provider directly, you will need to contact Philo support.

We would recommend checking your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions to see what current subscriptions you have through Roku Pay. If you also subscribed to Philo through the channel provider directly, you will need to contact Philo support.
