Charged my account but i didn't order and don't know what it is

I  have two charges for ROW8 HD Movie Rental and I don't know what it is and didn't order any movies.

And I am sitting on the phone and the wait time just keeps going up and up.

I need this resolved.

For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

I have recently found charges supposedly from Roku, and checked my account which showed no invoices for last 90 days. I also followed the 'Questions about my account/billing' drop down menu but it takes you NOWHERE!  It is now in the hands of my bank, but it is annoying that there is no way to contact a person regarding such matters.  I looked all over the site, plus Googled, but could find no phone number or e-mail.  Hopefully the bank will be able to trace the person responsible, but reading the 'Forum', it seems to be a common occurrence.  What is interesting, the charges where to my girlfriends credit card, which isn't connected to my Roku account, so how it was possible I don't know.  Anyway, would be nice to have a better way to contact you .
