Charged me for a Sundace and did not order

sorry have to do this again.   Roku sundace said i order this and i did not.Was charged for it. I look under my account purchased and it said i did not order anything. How can i get this handled because you cant get a real person to talk to.

Hi there,

Are you suggesting that ROKU charged you for attending The Sundance Film Festival?

 

Are you the president of the company, and if so, how can you possibly afford to let independent films air on the huge networks?
