Charged for Roku on Paypal never made an account

Got a charge on my PayPal for 10.66 from Roku,inc. I had ever made a roku account. I tried to figure out what was going on this morning and made an account to file a complaint. please help me determine why i was charged.

Credit Card Charge from Roku - I don't know what Roku is and don't have an account

I've been receiving a monthly $5.50 ESPN credit card charge from Roku since November 2019; and I don't know what Roku is and I don't have a Roku account, (I know who they are now, of course, since I was made to do research). All attempts to contact Roku has failed--nice business model to randomly bill credit cards and then provide no way to contact the company.  The website customer service forums provides instructions to logon to your account to change billing. I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT.  Please explain how I logon to an account I don't possess? Each month I instruct my credit card company to put a stop payment on Roku and the following month after that it shows up again. Roku is like a plague that won't go away.
