I have NO WAY of contacting the company. The service.roku.com link just goes in a loop. I have been charged TWO MONTHS in a row now for something I CANCELLED. I want my 29.98 back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I can't call anyone, I can't email anyone. Im going to have to stop payment through my bank. HELP
