Channel store roku .com problem

I have added plenty of channels successfully including a monthly pay, all of a sudden when I click add a channel I am sent to my account page, where everything looks fine, but channel is not added.

I think I have answered my own question: once I updated my payment method 5 years old, I can now add more channels.
