Change Billing Date?

Is it possible to change my billing date with Roku?

I have 3 channels through ROKU; HALLMARK, DISCOVERY PLUS, and CBS-ALLACCESS. I want to move the auto-debit payment DATE TO THE 15TH OF THE MONTH. It doesn’t seem like much but it makes my monthly budget easier since we are both retired. PLEASE ADVISE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Try to reload the web browser or use a different one and click the link to direct you to our support team https://support.roku.com/contactus. Do you have a computer you can access the website with?

 

Please note that if the subscription is directly through Roku, the billing date is system generated and there will be no option to update the billing date. What we recommend is to cancel the subscription and resubscribe to your preferred date.
