Captcha sign in trouble

I cannot log in at all  This captcha goes on and on and on, endlessly. 
 I cant order anything, but my Roku is working fine. 
 Just cannot log in online thx :(

Clear all your Cookies and Local Storage under the roku.com domain.

If this doesn't work, report back the OS, browser, and any plugins/extensions that are active on the Roku.com domain
