When I log into my Roku account at myaccount.roku.com and try to update my email address the email address field has a blue background and cannot be changed. How can I change my email address? Thanks.
Were you able to resolve? I have the same problem. The Customer Support cannot handle this situation and bounces me out.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.
In order to change your email address to your Roku account, you will need to sign into my.roku.com and then update your information under the Account information section then selecting Save Changes.

Hi, my roku email address was entered incorrectly and is only missing one letter to be correct. I cannot access my account or subscriptions and cannot change the email because the email address is invalid.
