So I need to replace two Roku Express with two 2018 Roku Express+ for my two older TVs. I went through the website and asked for a replacement. I got an email telling me to ship the two I want to have replaced. I'm afraid now that I will get the exact same product shipped back to me. I did put a note explaining what I needed. I'm thinking I should have just returned the two products and ordered two new ones separately. I can't figure out how to cancel the return. I go through the support steps but when I click on the return products bought from roku.com it just spins. I can't find an email or phone number to call. How do I fix this?
