You go to cancel the subscription you tell why and the screen locks so you cannot scroll to bottom to push accept or anything to initiate it.
Seems like classic easy to get in, impossible to get out.

As mentioned by @renojim you will need to log into your Roku account on my.roku.com and click Manage my subscription.

If you purchased a subscription through the channel provider directly, you will need to contact the channel support to assist you further with your subscription.
