Canceling a subscription

I signed up for the free trial for HBO & Roku and want to cancel HBO.  I went into Manage My Subscriptions but it says I have no subscriptions.  I went to the Home screen and HBO is not listed, only HBO Now.  I was charged $29.00 for this and want it removed immediately.  How do I do this ASAP?

Please be aware that if you previously had a free trial through the same Roku account (on any Roku device linked to your account), you will not be eligible for another free trial with that specific service. We highly recommend reviewing the terms for any trial, prior to signing up.

Hi! Did you ever figure it out? I do not see HBONow on my account either and I want to cancel it before the trial is over so I will not be charged.

I was charged for a subscription I didn’t realize I still had.  It’s crucial that I speak to somebody about getting the issue resolved immediately for financial reasons.  How quick is support about getting back to you on an issue?
