I enjoy my Roku and encourage family and friends to get it! However I can’t cancel an order I placed on 3/7/202. It hasn’t shipped yet. My goal is to cancel the order now and avoid returning it for a refund. I’m concerned that my request is not going to happen because I can’t talk to any Roku staff about my order. I decided I couldn’t wait for the Roku Express item so I went to the store and purchased it. There hasn’t been any support given to me since my inquiry on March 7. No contact information is available. I’m very frustrated with Rokus customer service. Please cancel my order ASAP!!! Order number 102251484
