Cancel and get refunded.

I added D.B. app and used it once. Didn't like it to be honest. I contacted D.B. they said I wouldn't be charged and I got charged. Didn't realize I did the free trial through Roku thought it was through D.B.  itself. I want to be refunded. I used it once. I contacted the wrong company. Has anyone been able to get an actual refund from roku? Or do I need to contact my bank and make a spam/fraud claim?

If you read through this forum you'll see it's darn near impossible to get a refund from Roku.  I don't think claiming spam/fraud will get you anywhere since you made the purchase yourself.  You can try contacting Roku, but all I can say is, "Good luck!".

Refund

My account was charged after I canceled a subscription for 70.35  I was able to reach someone via chat which I can’t access anymore I sent numerous emails all they keep saying it’s been reviewed plus I was told this was expedited. This is so unfair that we are not getting any results and we can’t reach anyone to explain this I need my funds back

Same here. I cancelled Acorn TV on Roku but they have charged me the monthly fee AGAIN! The duplicate subscription DOES NOT APPEAR ON MY PURCHASE HISTORY!!! What a total pain!  I can't get access to anyone to help me on this. Infuriating!

Trying to get a refund for A channel I added months ago that I never watched that continueD to charge me for four months straight

Did you ever UNsubscribe?  As long as you're subscribed, you pay for the channel whether you watch it or not.

Log into your account at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions.  There you can unsubscribe from any of the subscriptions to which you subscribed through Roku.  If your subscription was made directly with the channel, you'll need to contact the channel directly to unsubscribe.

Subscriptions are prepaid for the duration of the subscription period. Unsubscribing prevents the subscription from auto-renewing at the end of the subscription period, but the current subscription typically will continue to run until it expires.  The services that will cancel immediately and return a prorated portion of your subscription fee, if they exist at all, are rare.

Canceled but charged?

I've been charged for Boomerang? It was suppose to cancel and it didnt, so I canceled again but it's still going and I've been charged. Please help.
