Cancel an order

I just placed an order on Roku.com, but decided I wanted to buy something else. How can I cancel my order?

If you subscribed to channels through Roku Pay, you can manage your subscriptions on my.roku.com by signing into your account and selecting Manage your subscriptions.

For more information about how to manage your subscriptions on your Roku account, visit our Support page here: How do I manage or cancel a Roku-billed subscription?

However, if you subscribed to those channels directly, you would need to contact the channel providers for further assistance managing your account.
