Someone in customer service please contact me. I cannot make any changes or cancel my order. Your system does cannot find my order even when entering all the correct information from the email confirmation. There is no way for me to contact customer support to resolve this issue and is a very poor first touch point for me. Please get in contact with me ASAP.
See my post about my own experience. I had to have the credit card company dispute the charge. The support by Roku is totally inadequate. I had the same experience of emailing them and getting no response. Have no intention of purchasing anything directly from them ever again. It's funny, when they first came out years ago, the support was amazing, now, it's just at rock bottom!
how do I return the 2 remotes you sent , I only ordered 1 and got 2 . I would like to return both. order # is 103364067 / serial # 20EFBO4DCA7 It came from contec Holdings on may 7 th 2021 please let me know and send me a return label and credit my account thanks
