I'm trying to setup a new Smart TV and at the beginning it prompts me to login with my Roku account linking it.
Linking requires a payment method - none of my cards or PayPal work though.
What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to set up my roku account, but cannot get a debit/credit card link. I have tried 3 different cards and my PayPal account and I still get the notification that’s my cards can’t be linked at this time. Am I doing something wrong?
I'm having the same issue. Trying to update my card info and I keep getting the same message. I currently have an open ticket with their support.
Same here. I tried so many times with multiple cards, and tried PayPal. Get an error msg each time saying "unable to save". So frustrating.
