Can't link my device to my account (Roku 4)

Hey. I can not link my device to my account
Device - Roku 4 / Model: 4400X

Who can help me with this issue?

Clear all cookies that include "roku" in the domain.

Close your browser.

Restart your computer.

Launch your browser and attempt to log in to Roku. Then try to link the device.

By the way, what's the history of this device? The Roku 4 was discontinued a couple of years ago, so why are you just now attempting to link it? There's something else going on that you havien't shared. That missing info may point to something else that could be contributing to the problem.

I'm having the same issue with a premiere that I deactivated and tried to reactivate yesterday/today.  It would not display my preview channel from Direct Publisher, so I deactivated it and factory reset it.  I've talked to a level 1 tech and still waiting on level 2 or greater followup.  Getting the same link/choose website error and my deadline is quickly approaching Smiley Sad

If your issue is Direct Publisher related, it might be best to reach out to that Forum elsewhere on this board.

Apart from that, did you try the suggestions mentioned earlier?

I've been in contact and waiting on a level 2 to respond.  I tried multiple browsers, incognito, machines, networks, codes, everything and then some to validate.  I don't think developer caused the problem, rather, it alerted me to it.  The website error is the anomaly the lower tier techs can't resolve.  Immediately after submitting the code and naming the device it redirects to https://my.roku.com/link/choose.
