Can’t get through to Roku and special offer won’t work

Today I saw an ad on the Roku main screen. I opted to have the offer sent to my email. When I click on the offer a screen opens to offers but the original offer is not an option. I tried contacting Roku about the hiccup but can’t find a way to call or chat. Anyone have any pointers?

Go here:   https://my.roku.com/upgrade/

(Its the same upgrade offers as shown on your Roku)
