Can't change name in my linked devices

Trying to edit my device name, the pencil icon is unresponsive, no way of changing the device name now, anyone any help with this please ?

Are you you trying to edit? Phone? Laptop browser? Go on your computer. Use Google Chrome. Log into your Roku account. Scroll to linked devices and edit the name and location. The Roku Remote Control app on your phone also lets you do this. But you have to be connected to the same Wi-Fi as your Roku devices.

I just changed the name of one of my devices.  Worked fine.  I used a computer.
