I have not been able to access online customer support through the site no matter the browser or computer I’m using. I returned a purchase from 7/26/2020 on 7/31/2020 & it was received on 8/7/2020 & signed for as indicated on UPS tracking. No confirmation from Roku it was received nor refund. I have order number, email, zip code, RMA number, tracking info, etc. but site not working to access customer support; does not seem to display fully. AND product purchase does not show up on my account anymore even though it did just yesterday. Please help. Thank you. Stay well, be safe. Tough times for us all.
