Can't access old account email - make a new account?

So I changed my email a couple years ago and do not have access to my old email. I have been using my Roku for years and apparently under the old email, and with an old debit card also that hasn't been valid for years. When I go to settings and 'about' it does not show an email, just my network settings. To clean this up should I just create a new account? Is this done on a PC? I don't see a 'login' anywhere on my TV.

yes do a Factory reset and start from zero.

on a computer go to https://my.roku.com/signup

As @boogernose mentioned, we would recommend creating a new Roku account online. After creating a new account, try to perform a factory reset on your device.

I bought a ruku ultra from someone online the email on the ultra is liked to someone other than me & won't let me do a dam thing until intil I use a roku pin in all the things I try to install. Whoever owned the roku before never deleted their roku account file now I'm stuck with it.
