To Whom It May Concern:

We did reset, however, problem continues. We are beginning to very much hate Roku.

This is the message I get on the TV screen:  Roku in upper left hand corner, together with HDMI1 Then it is followed by  "Verify It's You.   You have signed out on your account.           Sign in again to continue. Then gives the direction "Next". "

The only option available was to click on OK, at which time in most cases, the program will continue. Other times we just have a blank screen and we turn off TV, but then either we still have blank screen or a repeat of the message to which I refer above.  This occurs about every 15 minutes.

Please help. Thank you in advance.

Box was purchased in July 2020. We did a reset last night but problem persists.

Is this issue happening on a specific channel or does it happen on any channel? Can you please provide us a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?
