CRAVE Offer from ROKU

I received an email from ROKU about a free CraveTV offer for 2 months. I suppose this is a scam but I wanted to find out if anyone has received a similar e-mail from Roku@email1.roku.com with the subject "Have your redeemed your CRAVE offer yet?".

I'm trying to get the 2 months free but I don't see the offer when I launch Crave. Any suggestions about how I redeem this offer?

As mentioned by @RokuDanny-R above, please contact our Billing team directly at https://support.roku.com/contactus. Choose the option from the drop-down menu for "Question about my account or billing". They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
