I signed up for CBS ALL ACCESS through my Roku and wish to cancel my subscription however my subscription is not showing up in the 'Manage My Subscriptions' tab. I signed into CBS ALL ACCESS separately to check if I had signed up through CBS and their website says I have signed up using Roku. Yet again, Roku does not list CBS ALL ACCESS as one of my subscriptions even though I just finished watching it just now. I want to cancel my subscription but neither CBS nor ROKU show my subscription. Which as I said CBS says I signed up through Roku while Roku does not list my subscription at all. Please help!
