Broken Roku Cancel Showtime Subscription through roku

My roku broke before I finished setting it up. I have tried for 3 months to cancel my free trial and then subsequent Showtime subscription using various roku devices and have been billed 45 dollars for tv I can not watch nor cancel. I obviously can't contact anyone at Roku for help.
