I was charged $8.49 on my banking account for Disney electro and I don’t even know what that is. No one even uses the roku TV I have in my house. I checked to make sure I didn’t have any subscriptions and I didn’t and I just would like to get that reversed thank you.

Make sure that when you're checking your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions you're using the email address that shows under Settings->System->About on your Roku TV.  If you have more than one Roku device check the email address on all of them.  Some people have unwittingly created more than one Roku account.

If you have no subscriptions you'll have to try https://support.roku.com/contactus , but they may not be much help if your Roku account doesn't show any subscriptions.  You'd probably be better off reporting it as a fraudulent charge.  This is just a user forum.
