My account keeps getting changed for a channel I don’t even have a subscription to

I don’t think I did but I do need help to stop it from billing my account so how do I do that be cause I’ve tried different ways of canceling it and it’s not working because I keep getting charged

To cancel and manage your subscriptions on your Roku account, you will need to log into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and click Manage your subscriptions

I keep getting no help in resolving my issue of having funds being taken out of my account for $5.99 each month. Can't speak to a person. I do not have a ROKU Device to go thru. I have provided via email  a dozen times now to try to resolve. I do not want to close my bank account because of this mess,

PS, the email contact address is not supported so that is a bogus suggestion.

Here is a better address for the contact us part of the site.  PS, you have to go through a two step process wherein you say you have an issue with billing or something, then another menu comes up and you can say you need more help at the bottom of that menu, at which time the contact us page comes up and you can tell them in 1000 letters what you need.  Hopefully they will eventually contact you via your email to talk to you.  https://support.roku.com/contactus/review-and-submit

You cannot go just to review and submit, and the abovementioned contact is merely a link to the first step of the process.  Hope this helps somewhat more than that formulaic message above.
