Billing for service I don't have

I don't use Roku in the card that I have on file is not the card is being charged every month I don't know how someone got my card information and put it on Roku but I would like a refund

You need to contact whoever issued you a card IMMEDIATELY.Get a new card cancel the other.

And then condern yourself with the charges.

Billed but no subscription

have a  statement from my bank labeled “roku for perform inves” for 21.39
That posted August 3rd.

I haven’t authorized any purchases.

I checked my roku account and there are no purchases or subscriptions listed.

Tried to contact customer support through the prompts but after selecting “I don’t recognize a charge” and “30 day duration” it keeps telling me no invoices found.

Please help me or give me a number I can call to get help.

Why don't you start with your bank?  I think what Roku is trying to tell you is that they didn't charge your account.
