Billed for services i did not order

In the last 90 days I have been billed a total of 139.74 at 2 charges of 69.87. I have searched everywhere for a chat option. I can't find any way to get that. It seems Roku does not want to hear from me. I can't email or chat. The internet is full of stories about Roku dodging customers with valid complaints. I had to delete my card info to prevent further charges. It seems once Roku has your money, they will keep it no matter what. I insist on receiving a check in the mail to redund these bogus charges and i unsist on chatting with or emailing a human immediately.  The webpage keeps running me around in circles. I cant get anywhere that way.  Marie

For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

Usually after you answer 1-3 questions on the webpage, there will be a purple button labeled "need more help" in the lower right corner.  Click that for chat, email, and a phone number.  If your sequence of answers doesn't lead to that button, you can go back and select different answers. Smiley Happy

please tell us how to delete acc. info from ROKU.  they continue to charge me for nothing!!!
