Billed for a gift I was given for 1-Year of Disney+ $69.99

I was given a gift on 1-Year of Disney+ and when I signed up I was billed for $69.99  I used the correct email address and was never asked for the order number

I need the Disney account close and be refunded the $69.99 because the gift has to be completed directly with Disney.  I have spent over 5 hours trying to get Disney to fix this and they insist that you have to fix this.
