Being charged both monthly and annually for Curiosity

Purchased annual subscription to Curiosity but the only way to access is to pay again as a monthly subscriber

How are you subscribed to Curiosity? Are you subscribed through the channel provider directly or through Roku?

We would recommend logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Managing your subscriptions to review the subscriptions that you currently have.

I made all subscriptions and payments thru my Roku account, using the payment that is on my roku account.
