Being billed by Hulu and Roku?

I am being billed separately by Hulu and Roku. Hulu says it’s Roku’s fault, and nothing works on Hulu support.  [post edited] What do I do?!!?

Thanks for the post.

How are you subscribed to Hulu? Are you subscribed through Roku Pay or do you have a subscription through the channel provider directly?

We would recommend that you log into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and click Manage your subscriptions to see if you have a current subscription through Roku Pay. This would be the only way that Roku would be billing you for Hulu. If you do not see any subscriptions on that page, then you are most likely not being billed by Roku.
