Before you order

Before you order from the Roku website consider this I purchased my Roku Ultra on November the 28th today is December the 14th I still haven't received it I do believe it's lost in the mail and you can't get anybody on a telephone to talk to anybody about your order so just beware if they say get it before Christmas I think they're full of it you might want to go buy it at a store

Assuming mail means USPS, you might try this:

I can tell you as a small business owner, I think I've had more mail issues this year than in the 10 previous years combined, and things are just getting crazier now.  I've had UPS show up in personal cars and a couple of nights ago I got a delivery by UHAUL truck at 9:30PM.  Good luck!
