I have a charge on my credit cards from 7/1/2020 for Disney+, and now, on 7/23, I have a new pending charge on my debit card for Disney+. i only have one subscription. Need to know why I'm being charged twice. Thanks

@CraZLikAFox

Thanks for the post.

How are you subscribed to Disney+? Did you subscribe through Roku Pay or did you purchase a subscription through the channel provider directly?

We would recommend checking your Roku account online at my.roku.com and pressing Manage your subscriptions to see all the subscriptions that you have through Roku Pay. If you have additional assistance with your account, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able further assist you.

To check if you have a subscription through the channel provider directly, you will need to contact Disney+ support. You can reach Disney+ support here: https://help.disneyplus.com/csp

Thanks,
Danny
