Why am I still getting $14.99 charged to my bank monthly? Since June? I never bought a thing and I have no subscriptions. I got the free trial for HBO back in June, but I canceled it right away before the 7 day trial ended. I have contacted ROKU and all they ever say is "do you have any other ROKU accounts?" I DO NOT. I have one account and they told me to get a new BANK DEBIT CARD and cancel the charges with my bank. That is a major ordeal to have to change my debit card (10 business days to receive a new debit) and to have to change my auto billing with a ton of other companies. All because the ROKU CHANNEL cannot figure out where this charge is coming from?
UNBELIEVABLE. All I ever get are emails saying the same thing, over and over.
Isn’t the $14.99 the charge for your Roku account?
a ROKU account is free. You don't pay $15 a month just to have a ROKU.
you pay for premium channels. I pay for prime video, Netflix separately.
