Check your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com) and look at your subscriptions. If Disney is listed there, and the price you're being charged doesn't match what you expect, then contact Roku customer support. This forum is not the place for account support. Instead look here.

@AnneLoduha, another possibility:  Do you have multiple Roku devices?  If so, are they all linked to the same Roku account?  You can check by going to Settings->System->About on each device to see what email address is displayed.
