bull. I tried to reach out to support less than an hour after placing an order. When I got Roku's E Mail I discovered my delivery address was all wrong. I moved over a year ago. NO WHERE on my account info can I change my physical address. When I chatted with the woman from Customer Service she was totally clueless. It took over 1/2 hour for her to come to the conclusion that the order was already placed and I could not change it. If I am not allowed to change my address or cancel this order I will break my roku with a hammer and tell Netflix and Hulu and the other paid stations I get on Roku WHY I am cancelling them. I worked for over 10 years in Customer Service and this woman was the most clueless individual I have ever met. I will not buy anything from Roku AGAIN.
